I have spent this summer focusing on those that were the most impacted by my illness--my kids.  As I am still not up to 100%, we haven't gone as hardcore as last summer, lol. (22 days, 13 states.) But this image is something I've been waiting for for a long time--a glorious sunset over the shores of the Straights of Mackinaw.

I hope you have all been well. I am including two images of my xrays three months after surgery.  I had a...bit of a relapse suddenly the first week of June but it was shortlived. Sort of.  But anyway...my entire life, work, etc is changing at this moment.  Things will settle into a more stable format in a few months and I will attempt to be back in a more consistent way.  Thanks for all of the notes checking in with me and comments.  I appreciate them very much. 

 
(a note on the title...I have a favorites folder called "full frontal nudity of nature" and if I were collecting this image, that is where it would live. So. Totally mature content on this one. ha.)
