while the near dawn light

   night sounds crowd in-
cool against my heated skin
the door presses to my back
while my conscience goes under attack.

   you on the other side-
of that closed red door
my body has never been
this satisfied before.

   shame should be deep-
as I'm slinking off
under the cover of near dark
but there's not even a spark.

   nearly twenty years of want-
gone in a flash
scorched by the lips and hands of a man of skill

Well...here I go for a second attempt (umm...I've played around to no success) at this digital photomanip thingy.
I don't have a computer program for such things. I just overlay two image files on my camera to create a new file. Then I can mess with the contrast and stuff on my camera's software for editing like I usually do. :)

I have been after this windmill for awhile now. I didn't like the way the sky looked the past few months and...frankly, I don't really have the patience to wait another few months to pass and the sun to be in a better position celestially.
Impatient...want, want, want.
so.
I did this. lol....

*interesting to note, my fave part of the photo is the part that bothers Sheila, lol. :D

This is beautifully done, just as is. :nod: And I adore the Goo Goo dolls (seeing them live is on my bucket list
which I haven't quite started to write, yet).

If you want to toy with layers, paint.net is a free and uber-cool software thingie that works beautifully
when someone has the time and stubbornness to explore it. ([link])

ohh..humm. I shall bookmark.
I'm not sure how much time I have to do so now. And I do have a...bit of a...side of me that can get annoyingly frustrated. :D
